All About Books

Even though the click of computer keys can be heard in the library, we are still very much about books!  We have several tools to help you find your next read, in addition to book groups and book savvy staff.

Here is a quick description of the resources in the drop down menu.

  • Search the catalog – where you can find titles in the library’s collection by a variety of search terms, place holds on items currently checked out, and renew items you didn’t finish by the due date.
  • NoveList – a subscription database for finding books in a series, read alikes for favorite authors, and much more
  • New York Times Best Sellers links to several NY Times lists in addition to Fiction and Nonfiction
  • Interlibrary Loan – where we will borrow books from other libraries if we don’t own them
