It may look simple…

It may look simple…

But we finally have a new window! We really appreciate the work that went into the install and are VERY happy to let the light in to our stairwell again. Thank you to M & S Builders and our volunteers who did the heavy lifting, literally, on this project.

And local non-profits, our window is now available for your posters. Please drop off your event information at the Main Circulation Desk and we’ll make sure to help you get the word out about your special events.

Loon Mural

Loon Mural

The Bridgton Arts and Culture Subcommittee has been working with artist Kate Erwin, the Lake Region High School art club, and numerous volunteers to complete Bridgton, Maine’s newest piece of public art.  The loon mural can be seen on the side of Bridgton Books and features prominently a loon alongside other stunning wildlife from fireflies to sunflowers in a larger-than-life scale on this industrial canvas.  Be sure to stop by and see it on the corner of Nulty Street and Main Street.
