Maine State Museum Listening Tour

Maine State Museum Listening Tour

The Bridgton Public Library will be hosting a discussion with the Maine State Museum on June 24th from 10-11:30 AM.  The topic is “What do you love about Maine?”  The museum is looking to use the responses to develop new exhibits, programs, and more based on what people living and visiting Maine love about the state.  We have 15 seats open with in-person and virtual options available to attend the meeting.  If you’re interested in signing up to have your voice heard sign up via this link or sign up in person during your next trip into the library.  For questions, please feel free to call at (207)-647-2472 or email outreach@bridgton.lib.me.us.

Adult Craft for March: Book Nooks

Stop by the Bridgton Public Library’s Resource Room to pick up your own D.I.Y kit for a book nook. What is a book nook you ask? It is an insert for your bookshelf that you can design and decorate to hold a mini scene. Be it a forest, a cozy cafe, or maybe a mini library to grace the shelves of your own mini-library at home. If you have questions feel free to contact us at bplreference@bridgton.lib.me.us or call at 207-647-2747 and please tag us on Instagram with your book nook creation @bpl.
