Open Hours for February

We are planning to continue our walk-in hours in February  T: 10-4, W: 10-4, F: 10-4, Sat: 10-2, with no-contact pickup available at the end of each day for those who choose. We do encourage people to use our online catalog to place holds for quick pick up, or give us a call and we can help you by pre-picking some books we think you’d like. We also have some Lists in our online category; find new titles about.

We will post it on our website, on Facebook, and Instagram if we have either a health or weather closing (though with the weather, we may not have Internet, but we’ll do our best). Please call if you have any questions (207-647-2472).

Kids Book Reviews

We are really excited to showcase some of our young readers and their book reviews. We will be including ones from our Summer Reading Program from 2020 and from our Winter Read 2021. If you have a young reader who would like to submit a book review for posting, you can still sign up for the Winter Read 2021 at bridgtonlibrary.beanstack.org or you can send an email (picture or words) anytime to youth.bridgtonlibrary@gmail.com!

Today we have Nova, Scout, and Milo…

Anansi and the Moss-Covered Rock by Eric A. Kimmel. I like that the deer was watching Anansi do tricks. The deer had an idea to do those same tricks on him. It was funny. –Nova (age 7)

Swimmer by Shelly Gill. I like this book because it explains the life cycle of the salmon. I love the pictures of this books also. I like the words they use. – Scout (age 6)

Spy School Goes South by Stuart Gibbs. very good I recommend this book to all readers who like adventure. –Milo (age 8)
