October has arrived!

Here’s what is happening in October and a glimpse of our activities this Fall!

All Month Long:

  • Children’s Craft To-Go: Various
  • Storytime: Every Fri – 10am-11am in Children’s Room
  • Technology Help: Every Tues, Wed, Fri – 2pm-4pm in the Resource Room

Meetings

  • Wednesday, Oct. 1st: Friends Meeting, 9:30am-10:30am by zoom
  • Tuesday, Oct. 21st: Board of Trustees, 5-6 PM in Meeting Room and by zoom

Events

  • Banned Book Week, Oct. 5th-11th!
  • Appreciation Day Book Sale, Oct. 18th. 10am-1pm

Book Clubs:

  • Nonfiction Book Group: Wednesday, Oct. 8th, 10:00am – 11:00am.
  • Bookies Book Group: Wed, Oct. 22nd, 3:00pm – 4:00pm.

Community Groups:

  • Youth DND October 14th & 28th Limited Sign-Ups left, register today!
  • Annual Historic Cemetery walk with Mike Davis 1pm-2:30 pm

Children & Youth Services:

  • Children’s Halloween Costume Party! Friday October 31st Prizes range for silliest, spookiest, and most creative!
  • Children’s Fall Craft Tables!
    • 10/14-10/18 – Sunflower Paper Plate Weaving
    • 10/21-10-25 – Mini Spell Bags
    • 10/28-11/1 – Yarn Ghosts
