New Year, New Health will be presented on Saturday, February 17th from 1:00-2:30 here at the Bridgton Public Library meeting room. This program includes exercise, what kind and how often, as well as nutrition and activities to help you lose weight and develop your positive lifestyle choices. This is a presentation, with question and answer period and demonstration time at the end. There will be handouts to take with you, as well.
