We are looking for local artists to display in the Yellow Wall Gallery. Started by the Friends of Bridgton Library in 2017, this wall is dedicated to showing the works and talents of our local artists. Painting, drawing, sculpture, photography, needlework, fabric and fiber arts, modeling, mosaic, and carvings are all welcome additions to our Resource Room. Help us create thoughtful, inspiring, beautiful spaces for our community by displaying your work, whether amateur or professional. We are looking to have a new exhibit to display for January 2021 to inspire us through the winter!
Works will hang from a gallery rail and wire, or be displayed on the top of our bookshelf in the Resource Room. The artist must deliver, hang, and remove works on the agreed-upon dates. The artist may prepare a biography and/or exhibitor’s statement, and we will make sure to announce our exhibitors on our web post, Facebook page, and Instagram.
