Lots of great things in Youth Services

Join us this week as we continue our “Libraries Rock” Summer Reading programs. There is something for everyone, whether you are a master builder (LEGO Club Tuesday 2-3), ready to sleuth around (A Criminal Case Wednesday 2-3), would really love to be royalty for an afternoon (A Royal Ball Friday 2-3), or are ready to create something that only you can (Paper Craft Saturday 10-noon). Registration for all of these awesome events is requested but not required, it is summer vacation, after all, we just like to make sure we have enough of everything to go around.

Learn About Water and Erosion Today!

Soil on land is good but soil in water is pollution. Learn about the most common water pollutant, the process of erosion, and how to prevent it. An outdoor erosion scavenger hunt at the park turns participants into real environmental stewards. Guaranteed to be lots of fun, get ready to put on your thinking caps! Please make sure you have sun protection and water to drink for this outside activity. Best suited for ages 7-12.

Please join us Wednesday, July 11th 2:00-3:00 for this special event presented by the Cumberland County Soil and Water Conservation District and brought to you with generous funding from the Friends of the Bridgton Library. Registration requested.
