Annual Corporate Meeting
Bridgton Public Library will be holding their Annual Corporate Meeting on Tuesday, September 15, 2020 at 7:00 pm by Zoom.
The following changes will be considered for the Corporate By-Laws:
Proposed revisions to By-Laws for adoption at the BPL Sept. 15, 2020 annual meeting:
Article VIII Section 3
- The Finance Committee includes the Treasurer, the President, and at least one other Trustee
- The Personnel Committee consists of the Library Director, the President and at least one other Trustee
