New Year, New Health Program coming soon

New Year, New Health will be presented on Saturday, February 17th from 1:00-2:30 here at the Bridgton Public Library meeting room. This program includes exercise, what kind and how often, as well as nutrition and activities to help you lose weight and develop your positive lifestyle choices. This is a presentation, with question and answer period and demonstration time at the end. There will be handouts to take with you, as well. Improv Theater Coming to the BPL

Improv Theater is coming to the BPL! Please join us on Friday, 2/23 2:00-3:00 and learn more about improvisational theater and the skills required. Designed for ages 8-12. Explore your creative style in a fun and informal setting from Miss Allison, a local girl working on earning her Girl Scouts Silver Award.  The Bridgton Public Library is pleased to support local artists, and excited to be supporting youth-centered youth-powered programming. Registration requested:
