Understanding the Internet with NDEC

Understanding the Internet with NDEC

The internet has become such a large part of our daily lives that having a basic understanding of its origins is essential. This course from the National Digital Equity Center (NDEC) introduces the origins of the internet, how it works and what you can do on the internet. If you have a laptop, tablet, or smartphone please bring it in and learn more about how to use it.

If you want to learn if you are eligible for discounted internet connection to your home, please let us know and we can tell you more about the Affordable Connectivity Program before or after the workshop today.

This will be an in-person workshop in the Meeting Room on Tuesday, February 7th, 2:30-3:30 pm. Please contact bplreference@bridgton.lib.me.us, give us a call at 207-647-2472, or stop by the library to sign up.
