Looking Ahead to Some Annual Events…

The Friends of the Bridgton Library appreciate your patience as they wait for guidance on having their annual book sale and how to accept donated items.

We have been thinking of the best ways to get you the things you need at home. As always we have eBooks and audiobooks through cloudLibrary, our Digital Maine databases, links to government websites with current and accurate information, education websites with fun and engaging activities for kids and families, and our community resources with extra information on unemployment and legal assistance. Stay tuned for information on Summer Reading and activities on our website, through FaceBook, and on Instagram.

The 4 on the Fourth Race will be a Virtual Race this year. Please check out their registration page for information on how you can participate. This annual event donates 90% of its proceeds to support the Library! https://www.raceentry.com/bridgton-4-on-the-fourth/race-information

Library Services for June

We will be open for no-contact book drop-off and pickup through the month of June. We are also able to offer home delivery service through the mail if you would prefer. We are modifying the hours from our normal operation to allow our staff time to go through the shelves gathering your books and packaging them up. Please use the online catalog to put Holds on items, this is the fastest way for us to get your books to you. For more information please call, leave a message, or email us at bplreference@bridgton.lib.me.us.

We are planning to have limited public access to the building starting in July. We will be offering reservations for Browsing, Family, and Computer time.
