Cooking Matters at BPL

Cooking Matters at BPL

Please join us for Cooking Matters, here in our Meeting Room on Wednesday, February 19th, 3:00-4:00. Cooking Matters is helping end childhood hunger by inspiring families to make healthy, affordable food choices. Our programs teach parents and caregivers with limited food budgets to shop for and cook healthy meals. Anyone from the community is welcome to attend and learn more about healthy food choices.

This one-hour virtual tour of a grocery store shares lots of helpful tips for healthy eating and shopping on a budget. Participants who can stay for the whole program receive a reusable grocery bag, a booklet of information, and a $10 gift Hannaford gift card. This is brought to you by Good Shepherd Food Bank/AmeriCorps. Registration requested but not required.
