iCanConnect is a federally funded program that provides free modern equipment and training for distance communication for people with both significant vision and hearing loss who meet disability and income requirements. This national program helps people stay connected to their friends, family, community, and the world.
After a needs assessment, eligible participants may receive a smartphone, tablet, computer, laptop, large print screen magnification software, or refreshable braille devices.
