We have just received the 1040 instruction books and form books. These are available at the top of the stairwell in the display case while they last.

We also have printed out forms from the official Maine Department of Revenue site, as well. We have printed reproducible copies for your convenience, you may come and make your own copies.

The Maine Department of Revenue is not offering print versions of their forms, but you can request forms be mailed to your personal address by clicking here:
